Pregnancy
Alongside my Motherwell Fitness Certifications I am a mum of 2 boys.  I can relate to your pregnancy journey and the cheers and challenges of being a new mum.  My qualifications allow me to effectively prescribe exercises based on the progression through your pregnancy.  You will maintain your fitness and strength during your pregnancy making your experience far more comfortable.  Posture and core strength are two key aspects of staying strong and injury free during your pregnancy, you can rest assured that you and your baby will be well taken care of.

The transition back into fitness and exercise can be somewhat daunting after having a baby, I will make sure that you are doing exercises based on your level of fitness and post partum.  Regain your pre baby body or maybe even better with the guidance of someone who has been there done that!

Nutrition
Cut the confusion!  Don’t let the fads and quick fixes stall your progress to a new you.  I am happy to share all of the tips and tricks to make the weight loss journey quicker and less complicated.  My nutrition certification covers menu writing and a host of interesting tips on how to turn your body into a fat burning machine!

Injury and Rehabilitation
With a wealth of experience as a Fitness Professional you can feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands post injury or surgery.  A tailor made exercise program will be designed based on you – the individual not a mass produced exercise program.  Where possible I am more than happy to liaise with your medical team to ensure a speedy recovery.

Mature and Motivated!
Fight menopause, osteoporosis and simply old age.  If you are feeling motivated then let me give you a helping hand.  You would be surprised how many ways you can modify an exercise based on physical restrictions.

Fit Kids!
It’s a shame but a fact that our kids need more help with their fitness and weight management.  I am a Queensland Government School Sports Coach and truly love helping children.  It is difficult for a child entering puberty carrying excess weight,  they won’t even realise they are working out!
