Sculpt
This class program has been an integral class to a number of clubs group fitness timetables for over 2 years.
You will burn upwards of 450 calories while you tone and burn body fat. This class is multi level catering for pregnancy, mature age and the super fit. The key is simple cardio moves where you can focus on technique and adding impact if you wish. The strength component of the class uses resistance bands so you can adjust the tension to suit your level of fitness.

Cycle
High energy and lots of fun. This 45 minute class will have you traveling step hills, and mixed terraine while workout out to fantastic music.
Be prepared to burn 700-800 calories during this class. Ideal for losing weight and toning ab, butts and thighs. Don’t despair if you are new to this format, feel free to rest off anytime you need, you will still get an amazing workout.
Abt
As the title says you will be working on Abdominals, Butts and Thighs. You are guaranteed to feel the ‘burn’ during this workout targeting all those hard to tame places! Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Aqua
Offering aqua classes for the mature age and the fit. Classes can be tailored for rehab and pregnancy or to get your heart rate soaring with a top calorie burning workout.
Boxercise
De-stress your day with a boxercise class using gloves and focus pads. An ideal way to burn calories and build strength. You will find muscles you never knew you had! Ideal for all levels.
Circuit
Get the most out of your workout while toning upper body, lower body and burning body fat all at the same time. Each station focuses on a different muscle group and your body will be kept moving at a fast and furious pace. A great way to mix up your weekly workout regime.
Group Personal Training
You can achieve the results of Personal Training in a group format, the attention is obviously not one on one but you can learn from others in the group. You will understand that you are not the only person with the same challenges and you will appreciate the extra support. Of course group training is more affordable as you are sharing the cost.
