How does it all work? 

Book in for an initial consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals.  You will be given a tailor made program specifically designed for you, take your resistance band and workout program home and repeat for desired results!  Book in whenever you are ready for a complete new program, refresher or upgrade.  Prices are very affordable as you pay only when you need to book in for a new program, it’s up to you...fortnightly or monthly is recommended.   If in doubt with a prescribed exercise…call immediately for clarification.

If you are wanting to reach your goal faster or if you need a little extra motivation book an at home Personal Training session, you can train one or one or with a friend and split the cost!*
