A little more about Sarah……Your Personal Fitness Trainer I am a mum of two handsome young boys that constantly keep me on my toes (not to mention my husband!) I have always been extremely passionate about health and fitness even at a school age. I was a team member in sports such as hockey, softball, netball, tennis and swimming. I also danced for a number of years performing on stage in solo performances and in a group. My favourite was tap dancing, I can still do a shuffle ball change now! Through my husband's influence I enjoy watching Rugby union. I became a loyal supporter to the Wallabies when we were living in America, I became very patriotic being away from home. In regard to fitness I have a Personal Trainer once a week and love it! I also enjoy tae bo boxing, step classes, body shaping and I am keen about nutrition. With years of experience I appreciate the benefits of being fit and active. Now you have started on your personal health and fitness journey with me you will also gain this same zest for life and your new found energy. I know the weight loss journey is a tough one, I personally have experienced weight gain and loss and I know its hard but I can guarantee you that it is do-able! I was a comfortable size 12 prior to my first son, after his birth I was a size 18, now I am a very happy size 10. I have maintained this weight for 3 years.
